I have read an article in the Caerphilly Campaign about a possibility that we may revert to the old fashioned way of people sorting their recycling at home.

Surely it is no coincidence that, at 57%, Caerphilly has one of the highest rates in Wales, when it operates a sort after collection policy? At the end of the day I assume the point is to encourage people to recycle, and everything that makes it easier is bound to encourage, whilst making it complicated will result in reduced volumes.
